The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (1600-2019-0208-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Athos Storage, LLC. This proposed project amendment involves the construction, operation, and maintenance of a battery energy storage system that will impact 0.114 acres of resources subject to Fish and Game Code section 1602 that was mitigated for in the original Agreement. Additionally, the term was extended, and an update was made to the Permittee during the extended term.
