Document Description
Construction, maintenance, and operation of a 500-megawatt (MW) commercial solar photovoltaic (PV) electrical power plant (solar facility) in the Desert Center area of unincorporated Riverside County. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 20-year General Lease - Right-of-Way Use through August 22, 2039, for construction, use, and maintenance of transmission lines, fiber optic cables, and unpaved access road supporting the solar facility.
