Document Description
The Project received a grant from DWR Urban Streams Restoration Program to design and construct the project that restores approximately 2.9 miles of creek, while alleviate flooding within the city by assessing current conditions and developing detailed restoration plans. The project will be completed over 3 phases and includes sediment removal and relocation , regrading of stream banks and channel, removal of invasive exotic weeds, installation of erosion control materials, and re-vegetation of disturbed areas with native plants. The DWR grant only funds phase 1 of this project.
