Document Description
The project encompasses most of the Jefferson HS campus and consists of the comprehensive modernization of the campus, including demolition, construction, and renovation activities. The project includes demolition and removal of relocatable buildings, Metal Shop Building, Mechanical Art Building, Power House (Utility Building), Industrial Art Building, lunch shelter/service building, and approx. 30 classrooms located in relocatable portable buildings; construction of a new classroom building, a gymnasium, a new lunch pavilion and quad, wellness clinic, a combined baseball/softball field, and permanent lighting at the football field and remodel and modernization of the existing Administrative Building, Main Classroom Building, and Cafeteria Building. Other improvements include campus-wide infrastructure, including domestic water, fire, irrigation, gas, sewer, low voltage (e.g. fire, telephone, data), electrical and storm drainage, Americans with Disabilities Act upgrade, landscape, hardscape, and exterior paint.
