Document Description
Zone change from O/RA to M-1 and proposed development of a cannabis growing operation. Project will be accomplished in 3 phases constructing 3-4 greenhouses over the next 3 years. California City Blvd will first be widened to include an acceleration lane, and a frontage road along the southern boundary. After road improvements, the first phase of the planned unit development will be constructed consisting of two greenhouses in the southern portion of the project site (22,000 sf).
