Document Description
This IS was prepared pursuant to the CEQA for a SIA, PRZ, and ANX. The city proposes the annexation of two areas within unincorporated LA County totaling approx 3.75 square miles or approx 2,404,=.65 acres. Area 1 is located along the easternmost boundary of the city, north of Soledad Canyon Rd and west of Agua Dulce Canyon Rd adjacent to the community of Agua Dulce while Area 2 consists primarily of single-family residences in the eastern portion of the Sand Canyon community.
