Document Description
The 42-acre project will allow for the completion of Gold Creek Estates Phase 3 construction of a 169 unit residential subdivision, including a safe network of roads, and adequate drainage and sanitary sewer systems. The project will permanently impact 0.27 acre of intermittent creek, 0.51 acre of seasonal wetland, and 1.19 acres of an existing storm water detention basin associated with the placement of approx. 10,250 cubic yards of fill material and mass grading of the residential subdivision.
