The proposed project would add section 29.11 to title 14, CCR to temporarily remove the recreational possession limit and raise the recreational bag limit of purple sea urchin taken in state ocean waters off Sonoma and Mendocino counties. The proposed new bag limit is 20 gallons per person per day.
