Document Description
Rehabilitate/upgrade the maintenance shop at Samuel P. Taylor State Park to improve energy efficiency and drainage. Work will: insulate and hang sheetrock on the existing ceiling joists; replace tubular fluorescent bulb light fixtures with 4" diameter LED light fixtures; and behind the building, excavate a 12-in deep, by 12-in wide, by 130-ft long trench and install a perforated pipe, rock and drain fabric to establish a French drain system.
