Document Description
The grading and set back of Rincon Mouintain 75 feet from road. We want to grade the mountain into ascending tiers or benching as they call it. We will also be developing a town park from the set back of the mountain and the demolishing of condemned buildings along vista del Rincon road along with the creation of a watershed.
