Issue two right of entry permits and two formal easements to the US Army Corps of Engineers and Reclamation District 2140 for Hamilton City Flood Damage Reduction and Ecosystem Restoration Project that will construct a levee through the Bidwell-Sacramento River State Park's Irvine Finch Boat Launch Facility. Issuance will provide: Right of Entry Permits: One issued for relocation of elderberry shrubs as specified in the Project's Environmental Impact Report and Mitigation Requirements and one for temporary access to the day use parking lot and construction of the levee. Formal Easements: One issued for the use and maintenance of access roads along both sides of the levee in perpetuity and one levee protection easement to allow maintenance and flood fighting operations along the levee structure in perpetuity. All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry permits will comply will all State and Federal environmental laws as specified in the Project Environmental Impact report, including but not limited to, the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act, and Section 5024 of the Public Resource Code.
