Document Description
Institute of Gas Technology dba Gas Technology Institute (GTI), in partnership with FEV, US Hybrid, and UC Riverside, will develop and demonstrate an optimized near-zero emission, heavy-duty, hybrid-electric truck. The project will involve applied research and development consisting of control system modeling, software development, and system integration. The truck will be demonstrated at UC Riverside on a chassis dynamometer to characterize performance and emissions. The demonstration results will assist further optimization of engine calibrations to meet performance targets.
