Document Description
The proposed project includes grading, pouring a new 2,200 sf concrete slab and construction of a wood frame structure. The basic characteristics of the building would be a one story, 1,562 sf, 10-15 ft tall slanted roof structure with indoor and some exterior lighting and an electrical system that could support power tools and the charging of batteries for up to 4 maintenance vehicles, windows and two roll-up garage door openings in the vehicle area. An approx 12 x 28 ft area would be enclosed with an interior wall to provide a clean space for storage. There would be two roll up garage doors, two personnel entry doors, and four windows. The building would be stucco/plaster and the roof would be shingled with a composite asphalt shingle. The structure would painted with a color matching the surrounding environment.
