Document Description
The project proposes to renovate a portion of the 4th Floor of the Torrey Pines Center South building (suite 415 and 430). Scope of work includes modifications to existing interior walls, doors and ceilings to reconfigure the space to an open floor plan office space in order to optimize space. Scope of work would also include an aesthetic refresh of interior spaces, including new carpet, and patching and painting of all interior walls. HVAc modifications and electrical work would also be included. No exterior work is proposed.
