Issue Right of Entry Permit to the City of Sand City to perform routine maintenance at Monterey State Beach. Routine maintenance activities include necessary housekeeping and repairs to a beach access platform, walkway and stairway.
All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, CEQA, and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
