Delivery of up to 10,000 acre feet of TLBWSD's 2018 approved SWP Table A water to Kern County Water Agency (KCWA) for Sandridge Partners Incorporated, which farms in both TLBWSD's and KCWA's service areas. No lands will be fallowed as a result of the transfer and no additional groundwater will be pumped. The lands have been actively farmed in the past. The water will be delivered within the SWP Place of Use.
