Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0233-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and game Code to Mountain view Golf Course. The project is limited to the maintenance and repair of a surface water diversion channel and associated berm. The earthen berm is created at the upstream end of the work area to keep the flow away from the excavation/work area. The diversion channel is then repaired in a dry area using excavator to construct a diversion channel that is approx. 300 feet in length, 3-4 feet in depth, and an estimated 10 feet in width.
