Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0057-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Edison. the project is limited to the removal and replacement of one pole (SCE pole 1736025E). Pole 1736025E will be replaced with and in-kind pole within a streambed. The pole will be replaced using hand auger and hand tools, and a truck. Project access shall be limited to the existing access ramp (concrete) and route (sand) used by county flood control. Only rubber wheeled vehicles will travel the access route to the pole location. Projects impacts shall be limited to temporary disturbance within a 25-foot radius of the pole, including an excavation, side-casting and backfill soil disturbance area of 5 to 10 feet. Project implementation will result in temporary disturbance of 0.05 acres 950 linear feet and 10-foot radius for digging the hole)
