Document Description
The proposed project consists of performing a Geotechnical Investigation on a parcel that is being considered for purchase to construct a new fire station on. The scope of work for the geotechnical investigation includes excavation of four approx 8-in diameter test borings over a period of two days utilizing a truck-mounted hollow-stem auger drilling machine. The borings will be drilled to depths between 15 and 50 ft below the ground surface. The borings will be backfilled, compacted, and the ground surface will be restored as necessary.
