This project will install a 2.41 MW ground-mount solar PV system as well as ancillary equipment on the grounds of the city's WWTP. The new system will be adjacent to an existing 1 MW solar PV system and will not be visible from nearby public roads. The system will be installed in an area that is undeveloped and is not being used for any purpose. Some minor grading and trenching for electrical conduit is required.
