Document Description
The Department of General services proposes to replace the landscaping of the Van Nuys State Building in van Nuys, CA to a water conserving landscape. The proposed project will remove approximtely 14,000 square feet of landscaping consisting of grass lawns and high water use plant material with drought tolerant plants. In addition, the project will remove the existing non-efficient irrigation to a water irrigation system at the building.
