Document Description
Project will consist of the installation of a solar carport over a parking lot, installation of an Energy Control Center (including microgrid controller), a stationary battery energy storage system (BESS) and a mobile battery energy storage system, which will be minor structures accessories to the existing Joint Command and Control Center. The Mobile BESS will primarily be connected to the Energy Control Center during normal, grid-connected periods. In the event of grid outages, the mobile BESS will be deployed to stormwater pump stations or refrigerated container yards.
