Document Description
The project involves decommissioning three pit toilets and replacing them with three evaporative toilets at the Gold Lake 4x4 Campground. The EPA has deemed pit toilets (large capacity cesspools) out of compliance. The Beckwourth Ranger District has been directed to decommission these pit toilets for the health and safety of visitors.
