DTSC is approving a request, dated February 20, 2018, from Philbro-Tech Inc. (PTI) (EPA ID CAD008488025) for temporary authorization to manage RCRA hazardous waste in Tank C-40 in accordance with section 66270.42, subdivision (e) of title 22 of the CA Rode of Regulations (CCR). DTSC's approval of PTI's temporary authorization request authorizes operation of Tank C-40 for a period of 180 calendar days and will expire on Oct. 3, 2018.
