Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0711-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Shannon & Wilson, Inc., represented by Martin Mcllroy. Project is limited to one encroachment. The preparation of two access points may include the removal of grasses and shrubs and some minor grading. A rubber-tired drill rig and support truck will use access points to enter dry portions of the stream bed and bore two six-inch diameter, 120-foot deep borings. A closed circulation system will contain and recirculate drill fluids, and mineral hydraulic oil will be used. Drill mud will be collected outside of the channel and will be hauled off-site. Spill containment and procedures will follow the Water Pollution Control/Spill Contingency Guidelines submitted with the notification.
