Document Description
Improvements to the youth tracks-day use area within Carnegie State Vehicular Recreation Area. Improvements include construction of eight ADA approved shade ramadas with concrete pads. Conversion of approx. a quarter acre of existing parking and traffic circulation area to day-use picnic area with native vegetation/trees and perimeter fencing. Irrigation lines will be installed for native vegetation/trees. Irrigation trenches would be approx. 1000'x2'x1'. Remaining parking and traffic circulation area (approx. 1 acre) will be improved with Class 2 aggregate base rock. Grading will be accomplished using a grader and dozer. Fence installation and trenching will involve a backhoe.
