Project consitss of the sale and transfer of 1,419 sf of potential land coverage rights from Conservancy-owned land to a receiving parcel on which addition to an existing garage will be constructed. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project w/o any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
