Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0194-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Chris Dodson and Ms. Courtney Dodson.
Project is limited to six encroachments from unnamed tributaries to Supply Creek. Two are for remediation and/or use of unpermitted water diversions. Work for one division will include use and maintenance of infrastructure for domestic use and irrigation. The four other encroachments are to upgrade and decommission stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, culvert removal, culvert installation, backfilling and compaction of fill, rock armoring as necessary, and revegetation to minimize erosion.
