Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0425-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, San Jose Water Company.
Project includes horizontal directional drilling to place a potable water pipeline under Upper Penitencia Creek. The pipe will be 20 inch diameter HDPE with a total length of 320 feet. There will be 40 feet of the pipeline located directly under the Penitencia Creek channel at a minimum depth of 8 feet below the creek bed.
