Reasons for Exemption
The project will widen the sidewalk north of Market Ave to San Pablo Ave, but no additional ROW acquisition will be needed. Approx 25,000 sf of sidewalk and 15,000 sf of curb ramps will be removed and replaced. Excavation will be no greater than 6 in below the existing concrete. The project footprint will remain the same when project development activities are complete.
