Document Description
The proposed action consists of placing the 1.28 acre property Chit-Xu-Mee-Ne' into federal trust status on behalf of the Tolowa Dee-ni' Nation. Proposed land use consists of multi-family residential housing. The project consists of 1 two-story building, which will provide 6 affordable housing units for tribal members. Each dwelling unit would consist of 2 or 3 bedrooms and range between 980 and 1,150 sf in area. The complex will have landscaped areas. Parking facilities would consist of 20 parking spaces of standard width. 12 spaces under carports, and 8 uncovered spaces. A private roadway, accessed only by Fifield St, has already been constructed a second exit route has been constructed that utilizes the shared alley of the adjacent Foursquare church that empties onto Arnold Lane.
