Note: Review Per Lead Saftey-Kleen Systems, Inc. is requesting DTSC to renew their hazardous waste permit and make changes to their facility in Sacramento. If granted, the draft permit will allow the facility to continue its operations under the DTSC-issued permit for ten years. In addition, the facility is requesting authorization to make the following changes to the current operations at the site: Construction of four aboveground storage tanks for storage and transfer of used oil, spent antifreeze, and oily waste water; store up to 10,560 gallons of hazardous waste in containers in an additional area located in the main warehouse building onsite.
