Document Description
Yuba County Water Agency would place Large Woody Material pieces in the Yuba River downstream of Englebright Dam at 3 locations. YCWA will place each piece downstream facing specific angles to the stream bank where the LWM will be placed. The excavated fill will be placed over the LWM piece. The proposed work would also include monitoring before and after placement of LWM. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 10-year General Lease.
