However, it does not retain sufficient integrity to be listed in the California or National Register of Historic Places. The subject residence has been identified as a contributor to an eligible historic district on Tucker St. The potential "Tucker Street Historic District" is eligible for listing on the California Register of Historic Resources at the local level.
