LU: Residential and timber harvesting. CT/Timberlands
Document Description
Amending zoning designation of three adjacent properties totaling 47 acres under common ownership from Coastal Timber to Timber Preserve. No development or changes of use are proposed or would occur as a result of this project; the TPZ designation would actually be somewhat more restrictive of principally permitted uses than CT. The property owner has an active and approved Non-Industrial Timber Management Plan on the property since 2004 and has harvested timber regularly. Approx 30 acres of the properties are included in the NTMP.
