Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project consists of removing and relocating the existing 24-inch culvert approximately 7 feet upstream. Approximately 35 square feet (approximately 52.5 cubic feet) of Class II rock slope protection would be added and extended one foot beyond the removed culvert to stabilize the previous culvert location and the relocated location. No wet concrete will be placed into waters of the United States. No dewatering will occur within the Project area.
