Document Description
The project consists of the development of a 9,100 sf Dollar General retail store on 0.925 acres of a 3.43-acre parcel. The retail store would reach a max 21.5 ft in height and include 7,343 sf of retail sales area, a 190-sf loading area, with a storage area constituting the remaining square footage. In addition to the retail store building, the project proposes a 17,583 sf parking lot with 36 parking spaces. There would also be 4 bicycle parking facilities. The project would include 11,570 sf of landscaped areas and proposes to plant seven trees on-site.
