Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0112-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the California Department of Transportation as represented by Ahmad Rahimi. The California Department of Transportation (Permittee) proposes to complete bridge structure replacement at the two (2) project locations and addressing excessive scour events at both locations noted in this Agreement to protect the structural integrity of the new bridges once completed. The Sonoma Creek Bridge Project location is limited to the demolition and replacement of the existing bridge, installation of wingwalls, abutments, piers and piles. The Hooker Creek Project location is limited to the demolition and replacement of the existing bridge, installation of wingwalls, abutments, piers, piles and a longitudinal peaked toed slope protection.
