The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0169-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of theFish and Game Code to the project applicant, Town of Woodside. The proposed project will prevent Kings Mountain Rd, along the western embankment of West Union Creek, from failing and sliding towards West Union Creek.
