Document Description
The California of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0456-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Laura Mercier/Tri-Valley Conservancy. The project is limited to replacement of an existing seasonally installed footbridge with a permanent single-span bridge, improvementof trails near the new bridge approaches, decommissioning of trail segments on both sides of the creek, relocation of an existing outdoor campfire area, and other piblic amenities within the riparian area.
