Treatments to decrease the potential for severe wildfire by creating a fuelbreak along the ridge top that separates the North Fork and the Middle Fork of the American River. Stands will be masticated and removed for biomass use and a small amount will be hand thinned and piled. The project encompasses 693 acres.
