Document Description
The proposed project would demolish the existing one-story, mini-storage buildings on the 4.89-acre site and construct a 471-unit, five-story apartment complex with a 0.68-acre public park. Two levels of below-grade parking are also proposed. The project is requesting a GPA from General industrial and medium density residential to high density residential; a zoning ordinance text amendment, a zoning map amendment from P-30 (Sylvan-Dale) precise plan to R-4 (High density) and R3.2-2 (multiple family) to R-4 (high density), a planned community and development review permit, a vesting tentative map for condo purposes, a lot tie agreement, and a heritage tree removal permit.
