Document Description
SJWD would transfer up to 2,000 acre-feet of water that it will not otherwise deliver to its wholesale customer agency Fair Oaks Water District as a result of additional pumping and use of groundwater in that district. The water thus made available for transfer is pre-1914 water rights water, which would be transferred to the buyers listed above through the State Water Project facilities of the DWR. The project is proposed to be implemented, if approved, in July, August and Sep of 2018.
