Relocate the School district's existing Transportation Facility from the north side of San Joaquin St to the south side of San Joaquin St. Construct a 24,000 sf building to house transportation staff and bus maintenance bays. Construct a 200 parking space lot for school buses and district vehicle fleet. On the north side of San Joaquin, construct a 15,000 sf warehouse near the existing warehouses and print shop.
