Document Description
A revisions of approved actions application for a previously approved use permit application to revise Condition of approval 1.b. to amend the phasing timeline for a previously approved religious assembly with a 2,000 seat church, a K-8 school, multi-purpose buildings, and parish offices. The revision would result in full buildout in three phases over 21 years with an expiration date of April 29, 2028 instead of the previously approved 3 phases over 15 years with an expiration date of April 29, 2018. Phase 1 is complete. Phase 2, to be completed in 16 years, includes the construction of a 48,376 sf church with seating capacity for 2,000 people. Phase 3, to be completed within 21 years, includes the construction of two school buildings totaling 31,200 sf, a 1,200 sf multi-purpose support building, a 17,588 sf church support building, and an 8,421 sf church support building.
