Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2018-0334-R5) to the project applicant, Mesa Canyon Community Partners. The project proposes to grade, re-align, and restore Carroll Canyon Creek and install a culvert crossing as part of the reclamation of a sand and gravel quarry, and make improvements to Carroll Canyon Road associated with construction of the 3Roots development.
