Document Description
The approved project includes the development of an on-campus hotel and new restaurant facility at the CSUN campus on a site along the southern boundary of the campus which currently contains the Orange Grove Bistro restaurant. The hotel building will be up to six stories and consist of approx. 150 rooms, a conference room, a fitness center, and a pool. The Orange Grove Bistro restaurant will be demolished. The project also will include a surface parking lot at the northern area of the site with an approx. capacity of 135 vehicles and utilize approx. 82 spaces within the Monterey Hall parking lot.
