Caltrans has considered the IS/MND as prepared by the lead agency and based on the document prepared by the Lead Agency, Caltrans will issue an encroachment permit for the following work: Grind and replace 0.2' of Type A asphalt, ACE pave out, replace existing 8" pvc waterline, remove and replace existing 6" sewer line, abandon 8" and 6" waterline in place. Construct sidewalks, curb, gutter and remove and replace loop detectors as well as pedestrian signal heads and push buttons.
