Document Description
The proposed project is a request by Phillip Hammond for a major grading permit to construct a 4-in think compacted clay lined agricultural reservoir within an existing vineyard. The reservoir would be approx 145 ft wide, 83 ft long, and 15 ft deep, with a max capacity of 7.2 acre ft of water for irrigation purposes. The project would result in a total of 1.47 acres of site disturbance, including an estimated 6,850 cy of cut and 4,615 cy of fill, on a 157.8 acre parcel. Cut and fill material would be balanced on-site. The project site is located on the south side of Buena Vista Rd, approx .50 miles west of Airport Rd and Buena Vista Dr and is west of and adjacent to the city of Paso Robles. The project site is within the Salinas River Sub-Area, in the north county planning area.
