Document Description
The project would install and operate a 1.05-MWac solar PV power plant within a 9.6-acre undeveloped area that is part of the Chino Institution for Women. The energy generated onsite would be directly supplied to the power grid by an interconnection with the Southern CA Edison system at the southern boundary of the site. Project features include installation of single-axis trackers, installation of arrays providing approx 4,028 solar panels, grid-interactive inverters, underground conduits, and associated electrical equipment. The array field would be surrounded by 8-ft high chain link fence with a 20-ft wide access gate and separated into two areas by a 15-ft wide compacted native earth or aggregate access road.
